WHAT YOU CAN DO

Three simple ways to keep going

01

Review photo suggestions

AI suggests vegetables found in your meal. You choose what to save, and can manually add anything it misses.

02

See your weekly variety

A vegetable counts once per week, however often you eat it. Review progress and past entries from Sunday to Saturday.

03

Find your next dish

Discover vegetables you have not logged yet and meal ideas suited to your country and season.

HOW IT WORKS

Capture, choose, and build your week.

  1. 1

Take a photo, choose an older photo, or enter vegetables without a photo

  2. 2

Review the AI suggestions and select only what you actually ate

  3. 3

Choose the meal date and save it; your weekly progress updates automatically

COUNTING RULE

Thirty kinds, Sunday through Saturday.

Edamame and soybeans, green onions and long onions, shiitake and maitake each count as separate kinds. The same vegetable adds only once to the weekly variety total. You can change your goal in Settings.
