1. Scope and account
These terms govern Yasai Biyori, provided by Afya Management and Innovation Co., Ltd. Register with a Google account, provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
2. Service and AI
The service suggests vegetables from meal photos and provides confirmed vegetable, weight and group-ranking records. AI results are estimates and are not guaranteed. The service is not medical diagnosis, treatment or professional nutrition advice.
3. Photos and groups
Meal photos are sent temporarily for AI analysis and are not stored in our database. Avoid photos containing faces or personal information. Groups share display name, vegetable counts, logged days and rank, but not weight, age group, gender, location or email.
4. Prohibited conduct
Illegal activity, infringement, impersonation, unauthorized access, bulk ID searching, harassment, excessive load and misuse of analysis are prohibited.
5. Changes, liability and deletion
We may suspend, change or end the service when necessary and do not guarantee uninterrupted or perfectly accurate operation. Account deletion permanently removes personal records; statistics already stripped of personal linkage may be retained.
6. Governing law
Japanese law governs these terms. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Japan have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
